ABOUT POWER UP

This platform is to show my gratitude to the lovely ladies and gentlemen who have been with me on their fitness journey. As a Fitness Professional, it is my ultimate goal to provide quality service but other than that, it is my passion that drives me to do more, to care. Four years in the Sultanate of Oman opened an endless opportunity to make an impact on people's lives. And I will be forever grateful for that.


For my happy people in different parts of the world, this is our site. We will use this page for info sharing, networking, support group---anything that promotes a healthy and proactive lifestyle. With that, no matter where I am, trust that I will do my best to be your partner in this journey for a stronger, healthier and happier you.
